The room was well-appointed and newly remodeled. The staff were very friendly. Everything was perfectly fine thanks to them.

We liked having the pull out bed. It accommodated our family better.

We had a dead roach which fell out of my husband's bath towel. There was another kind of bug swept into the corner of the tub and wall. The tile grout was broken on the floor of the bathroom, and the floor in the bathroom was not clean. The toilet seat moved and was not the right size for the toilet. These problems were voiced to the desk clerk, and she discounted our bill, but the damage was already done. Not sure if we would stay there again.

There was mold on the ceiling of the bathroom and around the tub and soap dish. I think the property is under renovation but the mold was disgusting

Had a great stay at a recently renovated suite that was well-equipped with a microwave, fridge, and a washing machine. Rewritten: Loved my time at a nicely updated suite with all the amenities I needed, including a microwave, fridge, and washing machine – fantastic value for the price.

Plenty of good food for meals. Comfortable bed, fairly clean bathroom and central heating, a personal safe and multi-channel television in the room. Comfy location, only a short distance to everywhere😃

The staff were very friendly. The hotel is in a convenient location near the Metro. It is right by restaurants, shopping centers, and stores. The room was spacious.

Hard to find because staff member gave wrong directions. I was driving a full size school bus and she gave no right directions, ended up on the wrong side of the freeway lost. She told me there was a restaurant across the street and it was at least a half a mile away. I told her I couldn't walk and lied about the restaurant situation. Will never stay there again

This place has a great location close to local dining options, restaurants, shopping centers, and the Metro.

The hotel is wonderful, with a magnificent location near the Metro. The staff is friendly and the breakfast options are plentiful. The location is convenient to nearby restaurants and dining options.

The hotel was clean and quiet, which was great for a comfortable stay. The price was also reasonable, so it didn't break the bank. Additionally, the company and hotel were excellent, providing a pleasant overall experience.

There were several negative aspects during my stay. the receptionist at the front desk was overwhelmed, as he was the only staff member available after 3pm.

The arrangement of the room blocked of the air conditioning and it was very hot. The cooling system said it was 60 degrees, but it never did get cool.

Free breakfast even though it wasn't the best

The hotel smelled bad, the room was filthy, the bathroom bath tub had mold all over the creases and the sink was dirty including the cups and ice bucket!!! I fridge wasn't cold and the room was burning up all night and I had the a/c Window unit as low as it would go. I would never take my kids there again! And they made me take my kids back outside in the POURING RAIN to write down my license plate at check in before they'd give me my room key. Very disrespectful.

This brand-new hotel has impeccably clean rooms. The staff are super-friendly and affable. The setting is favorable and magnificent, close to shopping centers and good restaurants. Only a 15-minute drive from Stonewolf Golf Course.

When I mentioned that I had requested a handicap room, they did not know that and insisted they did not have one. I showed my copy of the reservation which showed my request. She did find one then. I suspect it was a newly remodeled room as it was soooo nice. However the telephones were not hooked up as yet and I had wanted to have a 3:30 wake up call.
